Red, white, and blue parfaits
Instructions
Prepare a glass for each parfait. Set aside a few strawberries for decorating each parfait, and divide the remainder evenly into the glasses.
Spoon about 1/4 cup yogurt over the strawberries in each glass.
Cover the yogurt with about 2 tablespoons (1/8 cup) of granola
Put a handful of blueberries aside, again for decoration. Divide the remainder evenly between the glasses, layering them over the granola.
Divide the remaining yogurt evenly between the glasses.
Spoon about 2 tablespoons (1/8 cup) of granola into each glass, over the yogurt.
Finally, decorate the top of each partfait with the saved blueberries and strawberries.
Serve chilled for breakfast (can be made the night before and refrigerated overnight) or as a tasty afternoon snack.
